Yes! Linden Village participates in the Housing Tax Credit affordable housing program. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply.

Linden Village allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

Pre-leasing for Linden Village’s townhomes will begin in January. Pre-leasing for Linden Village’s apartments will begin in March.
