Yes. Linden Village is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, on patios and balconies, or in any common community area.

Is Linden Village pet-friendly?

Yes! Linden Village welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home. Dogs and cats are welcome (breed restrictions apply for dogs).

Maximum: 2 pets per home

Pet fee: $200 (one-time, non-refundable per pet)

Pet deposit: $300 (refundable per pet)

Pet rent: $50/month (per pet)

What bedroom sizes will Linden Village have for the apartment and townhome layouts?

What is your pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?

Linden Village allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
